SELEUKID KINGS. Philip I Philadelphos, circa 95/4-76/5 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 27 mm, 15.85 g, 12 h), uncertain mint 127 in Cilicia, probably Tarsos, 88/7. Diademed head of Philip I to right. Rev. [B]AΣIΛEΩ[Σ] / ΦΙΛΙΠΠOY - EΠIΦANOΥΣ / ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦOY Zeus seated left, holding Nike in his right hand and long scepter in his left; to outer left, monogram of NK above A; below throne, monogram of ΛI; all within laurel wreath. HGC 9, 1316. SC 2460a. Minor roughness, otherwise, extremely fine.
